That title sounds more like “perspiration” than “inspiration”, but you guys get the idea.
I am amazed at how often I hear other people talk about weight, weight loss, getting healthier, cooking, and/or healthy eating. Granted, it happens MUCH more now that I have this blog, but I realize every day how many other people are working on some of the same stuff I am.
That’s why I thought I would make a list of things that people say I have inspired them to do. That sounds a little conceited – but really it just inspires ME to do better, so I thought I would share it with all of you! (Oh, and if you know that one of these things is yours and I didn’t actually inspire you to do it, don’t tell me. Just let me keep thinking that I helped.)
List of Things That My Awesome Friends Do/Did/Are Doing
- Bought a pull-up bar
- Bike racing
- Rejoined or even joined a gym
- Looked for healthy recipes on websites they’ve never been to
- Became a Beachbody coach
- Started Weight Watchers
- Went BACK to Weight Watchers
- Ran a 5K
- Started their own weight-loss blog
- Changed their daily lifestyles to be MORE healthy!
