Well, we need to try something new.
So if you’ve been reading this blog for awhile, you’re probably thinking “Alright, Liz – we’re over this whole having a rough spell thing – let’s get back to losing some weight.” If you’re new to the blog, you’re probably thinking, “Wait, THIS is supposed to be motivating??” Either way, you’re right. I’m over it, too – it’s time to get back to inspiration and weight loss and silliness and radiant energy.
Weight gain this week: 1.8 pounds
Current weight: 210.6 pounds
TOTAL weight loss: 25.2 pounds
We’re still at over 25 pounds lost, but it’s time to move forward. I have decided that this week, starting tomorrow (shut up), I will be writing on the blog exactly what I’m eating and when I’m working out. I need to get back to tracking, and now is the time – you guys are going to keep me accountable. I’m starting tomorrow and not yesterday or today, because I’ve been angry eating (I’m not sure what that is, but it wasn’t pretty).
Tonight, I will be doing laundry with Walter, and then we are going to work out. I’m writing that down here, in this post, so that you all know that I said we are going to do it. Barring any unforeseen complications, we will grace 24 Hour Fitness with our presence, and it’s going to be awesome. THE END.
