Some good, though a little surprising, news today at the scale.
Weight loss this week: 2.2 pounds
Current weight: 208.8 pounds
TOTAL weight loss: 27.0 pounds
So these last 3 weeks have been rough ones. I haven’t been tracking or working out like I should be, and it has shown the last two weeks at WW. I’m taking baby steps into getting back on track, and it seems to be helping. My incredible parents have been in town which has been amazing, except what do you do in Austin when people visit? You eat. That is just what you do. So we have had some incredible meals this week, though not always the healthiest.
I am writing this on an iPad, so this is all you get. More tomorrow about why the right mindset during weight loss is so important. And why this week is going to rock. And why we should all just be friends. :)
