Well, at least it’s not a gain.
Weight loss this week: 0.2 pounds
Current weight: 211.0 pounds
TOTAL weight loss: 24.8 pounds
So here’s the deal. It’s been a rough couple of weeks at work, and I’ve been stressed to the max. One night this week, I finally got home from work at 7:45pm and promptly went to bed at 8:30pm. Not kidding. I have not been in bed that early since the mid 90’s.
However, life doesn’t just stop when things get rough. I chose to eat poorly a few times this week, and I chose to skip workouts. I’m not beating myself up too much at this point, because I’ve still lost a total of 24.8 pounds, but I don’t have any choice but to get back on track this week. Out of the things I said I was going to do this week, I did get more sleep and drink more water. We are headed in the right direction, friends. Let’s do better next week, yeah? Sigh.
