Thanksgiving Thoughts

1. I am so thankful for all of the incredible support I have received and that continues to come pouring in on this crazy pound-dropping journey of mine.  Thank you all for being amazing.

2. Food is just food.  Eat until you are full, and then spend the rest of the time with the ones you love, thinking about all the millions of things for which you are thankful.

3. When I express gratitude, I tend to look upward.  So here’s a parting gift:
